Nicole came over to my hse to salvage her comp. initial deletion of the virus thru symantec was alright but it came back, so reformating was e way to go. as she was bored, she jio"ed alexis & cy over. her comp is restored! this is her 2nd time reformatting her comp in 2 months? i guess the problem lies between e comp & e chair.
